Description

Cabarrus County currently has 43 precincts.  The current Plan of Organization provides for three officers per precinct

Precinct Officers have the following responsibilities:
  • Cooperate with the County Executive Committee in all elections and Party activities
  • Arrange for small events and meetups in the neighborhoods within their precincts
  • Help with Get-Out-The-Vote efforts like phone bankings and door-to-door voter contact
  • Recruit volunteers
Precinct officers serve an important role within the County party by making personal contact with those in the community to get them involved in the Republican Party
